Battery Electric Vehicle
◆Since BEV is equipped with parts with different optimum temperatures, it has multiple cooling circuits and thus many radiators, whereas ICEV has one cooling system.
FCEV
Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle
◆Since FCEV is equipped with parts with different optimum temperatures, it needs multiple systems and thus has many radiators, whereas ICEV has one cooling system.
◆Calorific value of FCEV is twice that of ICEV
In contrast to ICEV, FCEV needs a radiator with a high heat-discharging capacity
◆Since the difference between the temperature of the cooling air from outside and the temperature of the cooling water is smaller than that of engines, cooling performance is reduced.
In contrast to ICEV, FCEV needs a large radiator.
